Delivery to Perth and regional WA
Parcels to WA cross the Nullarbor from the Adelaide Hills, our longest run on the mainland. Perth metro orders usually take 4 to 6 business days. Bunbury, Busselton and the South West are about the same. Geraldton, Albany, Esperance and the Wheatbelt take 5 to 7. About one in six of our orders goes to WA, so we keep the popular sizes in stock.
Hay nets for WA oaten hay
Most WA horses eat oaten hay from the Wheatbelt or the Avon Valley. It is finer and leafier than the grass hay fed over east, and it pulls through 3cm holes without much effort. The Large 3cm knotless net is the net WA customers buy most. If your horse is on meadow hay from the South West, or a 3cm net slows a big horse down too far, the 4cm net suits better.
The mesh is UV-stabilised polyethylene. A net left hanging on a fence line through a Perth summer keeps its strength rather than going brittle.
